2023 in Review Trailer
Despite knowing the journey, and where it leads, I embrace it and I welcome every moment of it. If you could see your whole life from start to finish, would you change things? Maybe I'd say what I feel more often, I don't know. You know I've had my head tilted up to the stars for as long as I can remember. You know what surprised me the most? It wasn't meeting them. It was meeting you.

This year we saw the mountains, the forest, the grasslands, the desert, and the cities. The ocean, the lake, and the river. "We depended on one another. Making it on our own was as ludicrous to imagine, as was settling down." Thank you all, once again. Here's to another incredible year. "I feel a bit clearer now. Everything's been out of order. Time, I mean. I thought for so long that time was like a line, that our moments were laid out like dominoes, and that they fell one into another, and on it went. Just days tipping, one into the next, into the next, in a long line between the beginning… and the end. But I was wrong. It's not like that at all. Our moments fall around us like rain. Or snow. Or confetti. You have to live. I learned a secret. There's no without. I am not gone. I'm scattered into so many pieces. Sprinkled on your life like new snow. There’s so much I want to say to you all… Forgiveness is warm. Like a tear on a cheek. Think of then, and of me, when you stand in the rain. I loved you completely and you loved me the same, that’s all. The rest is confetti." Travelers

“It’s about time, our only real commodity, and how we choose to use it.” To my friends and family, Thank you, again. You all are everything to me. You have brought so much happiness to my life, and I only hope I can somehow return the favor. Thank you all for always been there through it all. The good, the bad, and the ugly. This year has been a wild ride. I did my best to make the most of every minute of it. I hope you can find a way to do the same in your own life. Bet on yourselves. Build things. Like a business, a better body, meaningful friendships, and a happier life. Eat at new restaurants. Start painting again. Take dance classes. Learn to ride motorcycles. Or to speak a second language. Climb rocks. Travel and quit the jobs you dread showing up for. Feed new passions and do whatever it is you always wanted to do. Find freedom and comfort in your own self. Don’t forget that everyday is a gift. Forgive yourself young. Check on your people. If you love someone, tell them, every chance you get. Have compassion. Take care of yourself, make it a priority. Do good and don’t expect anything in return. Go fast. Take chances. Go outside and see the world. Run your guns, roast your tires, and pet your dogs. Don’t ever stop living. Don’t ever stop exploring. Don’t ever stop growing. Don’t forget to laugh, and to smile, and to love.

Tecumseh wrote, “Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and its purpose in the service of your people”. See your life for what it is: full of potential. Don’t take it for granted. You may not know where you’re going. Always keep moving forward. Take advantage of everyday, one day at a time. Go fast. Take chances. Go outside and see the world. Run your guns, roast your tires, and pet your dogs. Have a drink and make a toast. Eat well. Discover new music. Discover new places. Challenge your body and your mind. Give more then you take. Love hard, fight hard, and stand by your promises. Die living. To my friends and family, Thank you. The happiest moments in my life all deal with you. This year has been challenging, to say the least. Nonetheless, it has been full of these moments and I will always carry them with me. The moments when we quit taking life so seriously. Laughing and smiling. Sometimes, silently taking in the tremendous beauty of the world. I can never make up for the bad. I can only hope that I have made a positive impact on all of you, the way you did for me. You will never know how full you have made my life. Every single one of you. Do me a favor. When you get the chance, go out and take the time to catch a sunset. Or catch a wave. Don’t stop loving life. Don’t forget to smile.
